What's involved in a YE Team Challenge?

  •  A team of 6-24 volunteers confirm participation and choose one of the YEL programmes.
  • A 2 hour training session is arranged.
  •  All volunteers are CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked.
  • Volunteers choose a school and date for their team challenge.
  • Volunteers liaise with each other and plan programme delivery in school/college.
  • A team of volunteers attends the school/college and leads students through sets of activities and discussions.
  • At the end of the programme all volunteers take part in an evaluation of the day.

Every volunteer will receive a certificate of participation on the day of the event. Furthermore, active involvement with Young Enterprise as a Programme Volunteer can contribute as structured and unstructured hours towards CPD/CPE qualification requirements of many professional bodies including ACCA, CIMA, CII, ICAEW, ICSA, IPD, IEE, CIB, CIM, and CPS.
